Are certain aged children allowed in free?
Children 16 and under are free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Do I have to pay to park?
Yes, public parking is $5 per car per day.
Where is handicap parking?

All public parking will be located at The Reserve Vineyards & Golf Club in Aloha.
Once I am at the tournament, what is the best way to see the action?
You can either follow a group around the golf course or stay on a particular hole and wait for the groups to come to you. Make sure you pick up a pairings guide upon entering the tournament so that you can keep track of where each group is on the golf course. You can also purchase a reserved spot in the bleachers on the 18th green, which will ensure you an up-close view of the clinics, tournament play and the awards ceremony on Tuesday afternoon.
What is the difference between a tournament magazine and a spectator guide?
The pairings guide lists the professional teams, pairings and starting times, and includes a course map. The tournament magazine includes relevant editorial pieces and information on The Umpqua Bank Challenge, The Reserve Vineyards & Golf Club, Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel, "I Have a Dream" Foundation - Oregon and participating celebrities and main-field professionals.
May I bring a chair?
Small folding chairs and golf stools are permitted.
May I bring a camera?
Single-frame cameras, camera phones and small digital pocket cameras are permitted. No flash photography will be allowed. Video cameras, hand-held video equipment and audio recording devices are strictly prohibited. Tournament personnel retain the right to confiscate cameras at any time.
May I bring a cell phone?
Cell phones are permitted on-course, though must be kept off or in silent mode at all times. Calls can only be made from designated call areas. Tournament personnel retain the right to confiscate cell phones at any time.
What am I prohibited from bringing on-course?
Distracting devices, duffel bags, food containers, coolers,
signs, banners, posters, televisions and radios, outside alcohol,
non-service pets, bicycles, ladders, metal spiked golf shoes, weapons
and any other item deemed potentially injurious, unlawful or dangerous
as determined in the sole discretion of The Umpqua Bank Challenge, tournament personnel, tournament security or law enforcement officials, are prohibited inside
the admission gate of the tournament.
What is a pro-am?
A pro-am is a tournament in which both professionals and amateurs play together as a team. The Regence Pro-Am takes place on Sunday, August 26, 2012.
What professionals will play in the pro-am?

Will there be any celebrities in the pro-am?
Yes, please check the website for updates on celebrities who will be playing in the Regence Pro-Am.
If it rains, will play continue?
Yes, unless there is a threat of lightning in the area. If that is the case, the players will be evacuated and the gallery will be asked to seek cover off the golf course. Watch for weather warnings on the scoreboards.
Will I be able to get autographs?
Of course! Keep in mind that professionals typically prefer to sign autographs before or after their rounds, rather than during.
May I purchase food and beverages at the tournament?
Yes, concession stands are located throughout the golf course. A variety of hot and cold food and drinks will be offered for purchase.
How do I become a volunteer?
Volunteer registration for the 2012 Umpqua Bank Challenge will begin on March 1, 2012.
What types of jobs are available for volunteers?
Volunteers are needed in every aspect of tournament production. Visit the volunteers section of this site to read descriptions of the 2012 volunteer committees.
Do I have to know how to play golf to be a volunteer?
It is not necessary for you to know how to play golf to be a volunteer. Knowledge of the game helps in some positions, but your time, enthusiasm and effort are the most important things we ask you to bring to the event.
What are the requirements of a volunteer?
All volunteers are asked to work a minimum of two shifts during the tournament. Shifts will be approximately three to six hours in length, depending on the committee. As a volunteer, you will receive food and beverages on the days you work, your uniform; consisting of two golf shirts, a windbreaker and hat or visor, parking and access to the tournament on all three days for you and a guest.
